Omega "Syntex" synthetic nylon bristle shaving brush with silver hard plastic rigged handle. Bristles are in a black plastic inset. While nylon bristles don't hold water and make as rich of a lather as natural bristles, it is a good entry level place to start for those that prefer a vegan alternative. Bristles are manufactured for softness and performance. Omega brand imported from Italy.

Brush stand/holders: The 29mm rounded fork works best to insert the brush upside down at the black plastic area where the bristles go into the handle.
