Description
Trumper Spanish Leather Cologne is a stimulating warm, woody fragrance with subtle notes of geranium, rose, clove bud, musk and patchouli. The history of Spanish Leather is interesting. It has often been assumed that the preparation includes leather in its make-up, but the name actually derives from the fact that leather, usually tanned kid or chamois, is immersed in a special perfume. Once treated this "Spanish Leather" will retain its distinctive fragrance for a considerable time. Comes in glass screw top splash bottle. 3.5 fl. oz (100 ml).
About Trumper: In addition to being a well-known barber, Mr. George Trumper was also known for his expertise in the creation of fine men's colognes. In the days when Trumper products were created, barbers would also make their own fragrance preparations.
