Pure Potassium Alum Stone: This two ounce stone is attached to a base with plastic dome for convenience and protection between use. Wet block with water and rub gently over skin, then rinse off. Used after shaving to close pores or as an antiseptic for minor nicks and abrasions. If your skin is abraded or irritated, you may feel a slight tingling or burning sensation. Not to worry, that is the alum doing its job and letting you know to be more gentle with your skin care regiment.
